Email Signature Generator

Fill in your details, pick a colour, then copy and paste into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail. Built to survive email clients, so no background images and no web fonts.

The HeyCard link field is the useful one. A signature can only hold so much before it turns into clutter. Linking your card keeps the signature short while still giving people your phone, socials and a save-to-contacts button. Get your card link.

How to add it

Gmail

Settings, then See all settings. Scroll to Signature, create one, and paste. Remember to pick it as the default for new emails and replies.

Outlook

File, Options, Mail, then Signatures. Paste into the edit box and set it as the default for new messages.

Apple Mail

Mail, Settings, Signatures. Pick the account on the left, then paste. Untick "Always match my default message font" first, or it will strip the styling.

Why does my signature look broken?

Most email clients strip anything ambitious. This generator only uses a table, inline styles and system fonts, which is the subset that survives. Avoid pasting in styling from a word processor.
